Kerala Service Rules and file management is a short term online training to the ministerial staff of the Block Panchayat. The training is consisting of 7 sessions focusing on the main aspects of Kerala Service Rules, conduct, file management and Govt. litigations relating to the duties and responsibilities of the government employees. The ministerial staff plays a very important role to resolve and settle the timely claims and entitlements of the employees . Their knowledge on KSR has to be improved and updated.
